    what a wonderful recipe – i like that you have used egg whites and not whole eggs. I like cakes in every form

    Great recipe for a gluten free cake. I love chia seeds and was glad to find it in your recipe. Will try this sometime soon !

    I am book marking this recipe as I have a friend who is gluten intolerant and I can make her this delicious cake. I have all the ingredients except the flour so will need to check out the health fOod store for that in UK
